The trek begins from Manali which is
in the Kullu valley. A short distance away lies the Chandra river and trekkers

order to reach the Chandra Tal. Besides exploring the Samundari glacier, the
valley is simply beautiful and filled with edelweiss, buttercups and
forget-me-nots. Beyond the lake, one can spot snow-capped peaks as well. June
to mid October is the best time to go Himachal Trekking.
Bias Kund Trek
This easy trek is best undertaken
between April- November. This trek also begins from Manali which is famous for
the Hadimba Devi temple and a Tibetan monastery. The highlight of this trek is
passing through the Solang Valley which is around 15 kms from Manali and which
is famous for its skiing slopes. The trail ends in Bakarthach which is the
